First time visiting this hotel. Jad a great time. Being 50+ felt like a little kid visiting all the pols and slides. Really made me sleep well at night. Rooms was great. Had a little issue but they adressed right away. Stayed in Haborside. Beautiful view. Didn't stay in Room much but it was nice to look over the habor. Resturants, had alot to choose from. Most of the night we went to the marina and found a Resturant outside there. The parade was amazing , very colorful and was fun to watch. Definitely will stay agin.

The room at The Royal was bright but cozy with a view of the bay and sunset. The staff was very nice everywhere we went. The whole property is very walkable but there is a shuttle to each property literally every few mins. Aquaventure is pretty great. Tons of pools, man-made beaches an a real beach too. I found the drinks to be especially delish, get the Miami Vice, and reasonably priced. Tons of food options so if you wanna save your money do your research before going. There are cheaper options in the marina area and Aquaventure. We went Oct 21 so it was offseason and never waited in lines for the park, 10 -15 for food. Would definitely stay there again!

No hot or even warm water to shower. Apparently a common issue as per guest services which simply responded it is a common issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We were in East Tower floor 22. Friends stayed in an adjacent building and reported same problem. If one doesn't mind a cold (yes cold) shower, everything else is nice. We had friends staying in yet another building and said the water was hot. It is a beautiful resort.
