We stayed at Imperial club at Royal Atlantis in the 2 Queen Harbor view on the 21st floor. Wonderful and friendly service from check in to guest services to check out. Many dining options throughout the resort. Walk along Marina for views of the millionaire yachts. They have casual and fancy dine in options. Walk to Harborside for the Sunset Point restaurant for a good deal and beautiful views. The numerous marine exhibits were well maintained and clean. Predator tunnel was worth the walk from Royal tower to Coral. The Dig and Casino were in the Royal towers very central. This also means more noise and music at night especially on Saturday night. Platos was convenient for a quick continental breakfast in the Royal. Shakeshack had a sitdown hot breakfast if you wanted to eat next to the aquarium of the Dig and get an early start at Aquqventure water park. Many slides suited for age 8 to 14. We felt safe for the kids to walk around from pool to slides and Rapid River. The Poseidon buffet at Royal had a great spread. We went for Sunday buffet dinner after the Flamingo brunch so the desserts had a pink theme. Food was great but pricey. Our family had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Perfect vacation at Atlantis! Very happy with our stay at The Royal. This tower was centrally located and a short walk to all areas of the resort. Our room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the resort and water! The fancier “reservations needed” restaurants were disappointing and not worth the exorbitant prices, but the other grab and go restaurants were fine. Definitely one of the pricier resorts that we’ve been to, but at the end of the day still worth it for what the resort offers… great water park, stunning beaches, pools, and wildlife. There is something to do for everyone! This was our first experience at Atlantis, and won’t be our last!

The food was a bit of a disappointment. The more expensive/fine dining places were excellent and as was expected, expensive. The remaining restaurants were mediocre to poor, particularly the beach side lunch restaurants. Was also disappointed there were no outside areas to sit and eat or have a drink by the beach in the evening and no outdoor patios in the main restaurant for a drink. My wife also had a poor service experience at the spa. The hotel is ideal for families with young children.

Nice, clean, beautiful and very busy resort. Our regal room was perfect for our family of four offering the teens their own half bath, doors to close for adult privacy. Be prepared to do a lot of walking to get to locations at resort. Nice water park if you are looking for that. Resort stated all inclusive access for guests to beaches, pools, water park but that does not include the “teen night club” - you have to pay $27 per teen/ night! Most food options are extremely overpriced and lacking flavor for the price. No microwave accessibility in case you want to warm up your leftovers, for example the pizza for my daughter. Some staff do not seem to like their jobs.

This property was perfect for my family vacation. Aquarium beaches pools excursions I mean it don’t get better than this honestly. I’ve been too many islands and we loved everything…. One small thing we need some chicken fingers n French fries at the pools… shake shack fries food in sesame and there chicken n fries is brown meat bites… different from room service chicken tenders (allergy kids) other than that was perfect
