The STAFF was Excellent! Staff Audrekak, Cecil, Geno, and Reno were Great! They were helpful and such a pleasure. The property itself was cleaned daily and the food was good.

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the room is subpar, the linen was dirty, amenities are outdated. To pay for an all inclusive and not have access to beverages in your room all day and night is obsured. Additionally, our flight got canceled

Staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful, property was beautiful and spacious, food was surprisingly good for a buffet, with lots of tasty options. Pool and beach were so relaxing! Taxi drivers were great. They also have lots of activities throughout the day and night which was a pleasant surprise (limbo, live band, merengue) We did note the WiFi did not work well in the pool area. Would definitely recommend!

The shower in my room was broken, only one elevator out of 2 was working, the TV in my room was broken, the music at night was load in my room even without my hearing aids and they played until midnight, my observation is it is an older hoptel that has been run down and not had any TLC in a long time

Hotel is little old but nicely kept ..buffet was ok and the only thing was they didn’t refill when food ran out even it was not end of time yet, so go when it’s just opened then you will have food. Italian and garden of Eden restaurants were good. Munasan was bad for us. Buffet best on Thursday. Staffs were nice friendly and provided great service. entertainment every night but too loud if you stay on east building and hard to sleep.. beach is nice but little cold.

The hotel needs to be updated very old I never been to resort that don’t have water in the room or on the property you have to buy water very expensive $7 unreal. The beds needs to be replaced the pillows aren’t pillows they so flat the hurt your neck the bed hurts your body better entertain not much to do the pools are out dates old need new pools always dirty the food is amazing

The best part of all inclusive is food and drinks! Food was ok. But only available at specific times. We do all inclusive because we like our drinks! The alcohol was AWFUL!! The hot tub was DIRTY. Now, beach access was great. The staff was very nice. However, it felt like a complete ghost town. I was expecting more. Sadly very disappointed with property. But the island itself was beautiful!!! The property just needs some love.

What I didn’t like: buffet was small and little choices. Pool bar was a joke, bartender most of the time wasn’t there, pool bar is the focal point of the pool. Restaurants open only certain days we end up missing the Asian, cause day it was opened we were leaving.
