I cancelled this weeks ago, before we flew. We were stuck at the Bahamas airport and thought we would need a hotel called got there reservation then got our flight rescheduled at 130 in The morning and had cancelled this room, which the operator had book ed for two weeks later then that evening.

Friendly staff. Concierge is very good. Very convenient to beach and easy walk to downtown and many attractions and restaurants. Decent fitness center. However, the property is rather worn out. Hallways are very worn out and dark. Rooms are clean enough and provide daily cleaning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott Nassau Downtown/Junkanoo Beach, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. The culinary offerings at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was not only delicious but also of excellent quality. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and each meal was a delightful experience. Additionally, the alcoholic drinks were expertly crafted, and the bar staff showcased their skill in mixology. One of the highlights of the hotel is its proximity to Junkanoo Beach. The easy access allowed me to enjoy the beautiful beach whenever I wanted, making my vacation feel like a true island getaway. The convenience of being close to downtown Nassau was also a significant plus, allowing me to explore the vibrant city with ease. The hotel's pool is nothing short of amazing. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun, the pool area provided the perfect relaxation spot. The well-maintained surroundings and attentive poolside service added to the overall enjoyment. As for the rooms, they were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! L’hôtel est bien placé cependant il fait un peu vieillot je pense qu’un rafraîchissement ne serait pas de refus. Et encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir été aussi efficace, agréable et accueillante!
