Property was clean but outdated. The coffee was always full of grounds or just water. Only one bar was open at a time. The "balcony" was about 6 inches wide, the door opens but you can't "sit outside on it" Those were a couple things that were "negative". Staff was very friendly. Overall it is a very clean and safe play to stay with beautiful views of the water.

They advertise as an adult only resort, but this resort is overrun with kids for spring break. Loud window shaking music all night. This should have been mentioned when booking. Ruined my last day there, with loud, drunk, profanity kids everywhere.

This place is old , very boring vibes I’m 36 so not looking to be parting per say , but if you under 50/60 do not go here it’s not worth the money, liquor is all cheap drinks options limited , no fridge in the rooms you have to go down stairs for drinks & water no ice machine, no one was ever in the pool or pool bar , very much for retired grandparents

We didn't get the pool or ocean view, because we read that the entertainment could be loud, and you would hear it in those rooms. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was unfailingly polite, and the food was plentiful. There were breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and the times were broad. Each buffet lasted for at least 2 hours. Food and drink were included but the liquor was not a name brand, and the wine was simply undrinkable. If you're not a drinker, this is the place for you. If you like to eat, this is the place for you. One last thing: the entertainment was LOUD. They were blasting music at the pool starting in the early afternoon, and there was a band in the evening, inside, that was really, really loud. So loud that you couldn't really understand the lyrics. We just stayed away from that section of the hotel in the evening.

Older resort, but just what we needed - beautiful beach, lots of chairs and umbrellas and friendly staff. The restaurants were great and the buffet while not large, always had lots of variety and tasty choices.

The Staff was kind, and accomodating. The beach and pool area are so nice. The food was great, but many complaints about the wine. The rooms are spacious with nice bedding. The resort is kept up very well. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good value. I would definitely recommend it !

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the resort, they were so friendly and fun! The resort itself is very dated and not well maintained. The pool was not very clean and the hot tub was disgustingly dirty. The drinks are just terrible unless you get them from the piano bar that opens at 6 pm. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. We ate off the resort a couple of times just to have better food and drinks. We will not return to this resort.

Everything went pretty good after we got a different room. First one had 2double beds no coffee pot, tv did not work, and was smelly. Food was all pretty good. We enjoyed our time there.

This was a good spot for an inexpensive getaway but your expectations should be very low. The housekeeping staff did not remember to clean our room every day, even when we told them we were going out; the TV did not work, there is no coffee maker (unless you request it and they are limited), and the little things, like real conditioner in the shower, do not exist. The buffet is okay but they usually ran out of fruit in the morning. The poolside grill is excellent and the drinks are plentiful, as in every all-inclusive, but most of the staff seemed unhappy to be there. The decor has not been updated since the 80s and there is a weird smell in the bar. Only go if, like us, you plan to just spend your time relaxing at the beach - in that respect, it is perfect.
