The food could have been better, needed more food options, more restaurants for the all inclusive. I had ants in my room and in my bed. The hot tub was dirty, the pool was freezing. The staff was nice but I wouldn't stay here again. I would choose a newer resort.

What an absolute amazing experience! I highly recommend this resort due to ALL of the amenities. The staff members went above and beyond. Not only did they all provide superlative service, they were very personable, professional and kind. The grounds were extremely well maintained. The food AND drinks were fabulous. Thank you for an awesome first experience in the Bahamas!

Friends staying at other locations on the island could not visit without paying a day fee; Property and rooms are worn and need updating (low water pressure and poor tv quality ). Staff very friendly , evening band was excellent , excursion coordinator and front desk very helpful.

Everything was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond. The friendliest and helpful staff. Food was fantastic. We went in low season so no crowds and a la carte restaurants were not too busy. Evening entertainment could be better offering more variety but daytime entertainment were amazing. We will be back.

Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed room and made it spotless again. The food was great. All staff, very friendly and very helpful. When I asked about food options due to an allergy. They took me right to the chef who made it a point every night to help guide me to the foods I could have. Awesome beach and entertainment crew.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner was outstanding. We were partial to the caribbean dishes. And spent a little too much time at the dessert and pastry tables. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had friendly encounters with your wait, front desk, pool, lifeguards, bar, bellhop, and entertainment staff. We didn’t get a chance to meet our housekeepers. But they always did a great job tidying up our room. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy. Exactly what we needed. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Room was nice with great view of the pool and ocean. The pickleball courts were disgusting with lots of broken glass and sand and seaweed. Had to ask staff to clean it up so we could play. Entertainment was terrible with very little going on near the pool, and horrible sound from the nighttime indoor singing. Will not return

I’d like to start out by saying we don’t consider a trip to the Caribbean a luxury vacation. We go there to relax at the beach not experience 5 star amenities. That being said, the hotel is dated and need of an update. The rooms were cleaned daily which is a plus. Lunch and dinner options at the buffet are not all that great. The restaurant options are much better. We enjoyed everything we ate at the pool snack bar. Serve staff were friendly but not at all attentive and certainly were not in a hurry to get your drink, eating utensils, or even a napkin. The beach is beautiful and the entire property was safe. Overall, I would consider returning since I know what to expect but I would also consider other options.
