This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The Royal has a great location, being close to the waterpark, the lagoon, the aquariums, and the casino. Everywhere you go there’s palm trees and marine habitats. The only bad part about paradise is it’s expensive, but worth it. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back!

Staff member at Dolphin Cay was really rude and unhelpful. Most things are severely over priced. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut (we had to hold the closed with the garbage can).

The property is really nice but the restaurant are redicules expensive be prepared to pay on breakfast for 4 persons $280 US dollars so sad and the food its not worth it

The resort is absolutely amazing! So big got lost a lot! A lot of workers were nice except for the dolphin experience. The trainers we great the people inside were absolutely terrible. Not nice would not work with us. We are still waiting for our 5 pics we paid $111for!!!!
