Property was great. Staff were very friendly. Our room in the Reef tower # 6901 has a few issues: Toilet runs intermittently (requires a new flapper) . The remote control for the TV did not work after 2 nd day in room . Several knives missing from the knife block Ice machine on flier 6 was out of order. We ate in 9 restaurants, all were great.

Beautiful grounds. Perfect ocean and pools. Included water park was great. Restaurants were expensive but very good food. Water park often had slides that were closed, which caused longer lines for other slides. Staff was always polite. Rooms were spacious and clean. Room had a stove, which was convenient to cook breakfast and lunch in room to save money. Would return.

This was our 5th vacation in Atlantis and our 4th at the Reef. We love the convenience of having a kitchen or kitchenette to have breakfast in, the views of the beaches/ocean, and the location away from the slides and waterpark. My husband and daughter love to ride the slides and don't mind the walk over. While I love the quieter, resort-style vibe at the pool and beach in front of the Reef. Can't wait to go again!

We loved that there were shuttles that could take you anywhere within the island! We also loved how close we were to the beach, pool, and waterpark. All the restaurants nearby had excellent food and our room had a beautiful view and was really spacious and comfortable.

There is no umbrellas at beach and pool and on the beach there is no shade except for the little bit of canvas you can pull over the head. That is NOT enough. Additionally beach loungers are ugly brown and half broken. Everything else was good.
