The employees are very courteous and we lose are very nice beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great and it is really close to the beach and you enjoy the amenities at Atlantis when you’re staying here.

Comfort suites is a great choice. We had an easy check in, Darren was great and even laughed at my husband's dad jokes. Our room had a great view and they made everything super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good also!

The overall experience of the property with the service, cleanliness, and amenities was awesome. Close proximity to Atlantis and the free access to Aquaventure was a bonus. Would recommend Comfort Suites Paradise Island for your vacation stay while visiting the Bahamas.

Atlantis access: main reason for booking this. No issue. would be easier to get the wristband for the entire stay, rather than have to get one every day. Free breakfast: nice if you’re on a budget. choices are limited: eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, waffles (bad), cereals (2-3), pastries (don’t look good). please, learn how to make waffles. They were very chewy and taste nothing like waffles. Would have appreciated croissants or pains au chocolat, which are typical. Wifi: good but not always stable. Had to disconnect / reconnect several times. And you have to agree to terms every day, so it will disconnect at night. That could bring data usage issues if not careful. Room: ok. They did upgrade the furnishings, but the carpet, walls, bathroom and overall state of the room is meh. Not worth the price. The bathroom is particularly weird. It’s fully open, right when you enter the room. And only the toilet / shower are behind a door. Cleanliness: overall ok, but they don’t seem to be doing a thorough job. The carpet is not so great. And… the dead bug near the bed was still there when I left. Staff: great. Friendly and helpful. Noise: please, fix the door to the pool/restaurant. That door closes automatically in an extremely loud way. And my room being next to it, I was awaken at 7am every day, due to all the guests going for breakfast. Not great. Water: they provide free water bottles every day. not environmentally friendly. (Atlantis has bottle refill stations)

Loved the closness & accessibility to Atlantis Waterpark n beach. Comfortable bed, room was spacious for 2 people, liked having a sofa and mini fridge in room, would have liked a mini microwave. Spacious bathroom, loved the hook and towel rack by shower/bath, loved the placement of toilet behind door, gave more privacy, & sink with towel rack by sink that was separate from toilet/bath. Note: elevator is far from the front for those with limited mobility. Liked the ice n vending machines on each floor....maybe add other water selections. Loved availability n the variety of breakfast buffet that was included, especially for families with different starts in am. (Would suggest door to restaurant to open out,hard to open door with a plate and drink in hand) Few tables inside, but plenty outside, nice breeze and cozy. Pool was refreshing, loved the umbrellas n multitude of chaise loungers n pool towels..for families with kids, there is a lifeguard on site. Like availability of bar right by the pool. Plenty of food places near hotel. Staff very friendly, has a luggage storage...only suggestion is for front desk staff to readily offer the hospitality room to visitors arriving before 3pm to change out of their travelling attire to more comfortable resort clothes...swimsuit, shorts, flip flops to enjoy pool or to explore the surrounding area. Didnt find out about this room until 3hrs later. Would definitely stay here again...quiet, calm and relaxing after a busy day on the island.
