Getting the room was a problem waiting for 3hrs and no free coupons for the bar or nothing, breakfast need improvement staff half of them were nice the other half had arritude problem and the room needs improvement and the bathroom plumbing, i thought i was in a cruise with smell from the pipes and the shower water..

The hotel really is not habitable on level one- smells moldy and filthy carpet. Level 2 not much better.. our bathroom flooded. They told us we could have had better rooms, but we booked through hotels.com and didn’t directly book with them so we get a lower class of rooms. Our son‘s room smelled like urine. Our daughter’s room could not lock the sliding glass door and smelled very bad and the list goes on. You should never recommend this place to anyone. A great way to save a bundle over the neighboring Atlantis megaplex, unless you want a hot shower. Shower water would not get hot. Was nice to be able to use all the Atlantis amenities, like their fitness center, as long as you're willing to make that walk.

Breakdown of trip. Hotel check in and staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was great in relationship to walking to and from. Property and room were clean. Room cleaning was done each day proficiently. Our room needs updating. Shower was an old tub, probably original with property. Shower head and water pressure were terrible. Toilets were fine if a short...and I mean very short legged person. Beds were average at best as far as mattress. I had to sleep on the couch for better comfort. The property has a "Punch Party" 3 days during the week. Nice thought but 30 minutes and they are done. Breakfast each day was fine and the staff were accommodating. The location in relationship to the Atlantis property and use of this property is a nice perk if that's what you're there for. I/We were there to watch golf. (KFT season opening). Overall, a middle of the road rating for the intended purpose of our stay.

TV doesn’t work properly. Called to fix it, but unfortunately I waited too long for the repair man to return to fix it. In the end, I called the front desk to cancel the fix because I only have to stay one more night before checking out. The drain in the bathtub doesn’t work properly either. It drained so slowly I became frustrated when taking the shower. I told the room service (cleaning) lady and she got the work done. Thanks to her for this. Staff are very helpful and attentive. The building, especially the drainage system needs to be upgraded.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was conveniently close to Atlantis, the marina, and the bridge and ferry to Nassau. The only reasons I can’t give 5 stars is that the room had a very strong mildew smell 3 days out of 6 and there was a power outage (that apparently was scheduled on the second last day - I was told that I must have received notification by letter under my door that morning, but I did not see a letter)

Excellent for the price. Spacious, clean room. Really short walk to Atlantis. It is right outside the property which makes it a little quieter. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Horrible, dirty and unprofessional. 3 hours late to get my room and it stunk bad. Left immediately and they said I would receive my refund in 30~45 days. Getting the flu would be better than staying at Un-Comfort Suites.
