Room is old. Extremely noisy but usually at 5:30am is the worst. They gave use 2 empty water bottles to refill with filtered water? Strangest thing. And water tastes like the toilet. Lastly, don't order room service. Go down to Carmines and order it out.

The room was okay. The light on our mirror only worked part of the time and there was rust stains on the toilet and on the bottom of the toilet. They came and fixed it but then the light only worked some of the time after they fixed it. The day before we checked out I noticed clear breathe right strips high up on the tile of the shower. Had I known prior to almost leaving I would have said something. Felt the room could have been in better condition over all. We were also upset because the pool at our location was closed the whole time we were there and no prior notice was given. There were also quite a few restaurants and quick service meal options that were closed. As for staff some staff was great but I would say at least 70% of them were rude.

Room was clean but very dated. Strong Musty smell. The room air conditioning worked perfect. But the hallway was very warm and humid (3rd floor). Most of the time only one elevator was working. The pool was closed so it was quite a long walk to get to the other pools. Staff was friendly.

1. Room was dirty 2. Half of the restaurants, pools, bars, and water park was closed 3. Service was very poor 4. We had a lizard in our room that jumped into our food 5. Our flight was cancelled and the Expedia representatives were not helpful and they had a very bad attitude. We had to call 6 different representatives to finally have someone change our flights. We were very stressed out and it ruined our vacation. 6. We had to spend an additional $200 on meals and travel on the way home 7. My husband and I have been loyal Expedia customers for 20 years and we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary 8. We are expecting at LEAST a $500 credit
