The overall property was FAR nicer than I had expected. The staff were all friendly, the grounds were beautiful. Pools. Nice, simple, reasonably priced restaurant next to the pool. They offered me an early check in. (There is not a view of the harbor but the grounds are beautiful)

The property far exceeded my expectations. My room far exceeded my expectations. The check in was great. The manager was kind enough to offer me an early check in. I plan to come back the next time I visit Nassau.

was a very clean efficency type apartment setting with living room, full kitchen, bath, and bedroom (they had twin beds or king, with a convertible couch.. A chlorine and a saltwater pool They have breakfast and lunch onsite (the blueberry pancakes were awesome) store was a little understocked at the time, but they also have full time residents. Not the newest, but a good quiet alternative to the louder hotels in Atlantis

I liked the landscaping, location for the price, and pool area. I didn't particularly appreciate how the couch, TV, kitchen, and many other things were rundown or incredibly old. The Tennis court was unusable and, in the states, would straight up be a lawsuit magnet. It's seriously straight trash. Also, the front desk person said we had an ice machine; they had signs that said they had an ice machine where the front desk person advised, yet from what I could see, this did not exist and was confirmed by the maintenance guy.
