Large spacious rooms, friendly and helpful service, clean and relaxing onsen. Best bonus is free flow drinks (soft drinks, coffee and lots of alcohol) and snacks in the afternoons and nights!

Family-friendly!

This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

ホテル内に小さい子供が遊べる施設、ゲームセンターがあり、外には大きな滑り台などの遊具があって、子供は大喜びでした。ロビーは広く、夜にジャズの演奏をしていて、とても良い雰囲気でした。朝食ビュッフェは最上階で景色を見ながら食べられます。お風呂は（男湯ですが）、大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂とありましたが、もう一種類くらいあると満足かなと思いました。部屋は広く四人家族（大人2人、子供2人）で十分でした。

夕食なしのプランでしたが、チェックインの時に夕食の席が空いてるから追加料金(大人1人8600円くらい、1歳11ヶ月の子供は無料でした)支払えば食事出来ると案内がありました。疲れきってしまって外出するの億劫だなと思っていたから助かりました。 他のホテルとは離れてる場所(山の上の方？)にあり、夜はとても静かでした。夜は雨だったがら朝は晴れて景色が良かったです。 昔のホテルを改装してるのか所々古い設備があります。 チェックインの時、フロントに3人いたが1人もチェックインですか？など声をかけてくれなかったのはマイナスポイントでした(声かけられるの待ちなのでしょうか？)

宿泊した当時、天候が悪く強風だった為、窓の外からの隙間風が入る音が凄く気になりました。 それ以外はとても良かったです。スタッフさんの接客、対応、チェックアウト時の清掃員さんの挨拶、プレイルームの広さ、子連れに優しいホテルだと思いました。

大人利用にも配慮を

オールインクルーシブということで利用させていただきました。事前に子供が多いとの口コミはありましたが、それほど問題ないかと利用したのですが、（仕方のない部分ありますが）かなり騒がしかったです。 せめて乳幼児のエリアと大人だけのエリアを分けて対応いただきたかったです。 特にラウンジが夜の時間帯で、ホテルの方もアナウンスしてくださりましたが、ゲームコーナーや子供の遊ぶエリアが近かったこともあり、なかなかルールを守っていただける状況ではなかったです。 親ものんびりしたいというのはわかりますので、せめてエリアを分ける、また夜の時間帯は、ドリンクコーナーは大人だけが入ることができるなどの設定をされたほうが良いかと思いました。 あと、チェックアウトが11時で、入浴も11時までに設定しているので、温泉ラウンジの飲み物や、一般ラウンジの飲み物は11時まで利用できるようにしていただきたかったです。

和室に宿泊したのですが、敷布団が薄く、よく眠れませんでした。また、部屋のウォシュレットが壊れていました。食事の席の予約がわかりませんでした。 その他は子供の遊ぶところが屋外と屋内にもあり、観光施設からも近く満足しました。
