掃除が行き届いていない😢

温泉♨️の水質は良いと思うのですが、浴室も客室も不衛生でした。 枕の匂いも気になり不快でした。 食事は美味しかったです。 Hotel.com を恨めしく思ってます。

温泉は素晴らしかった 部屋もよかったが、予約時に和洋室を希望したが、通されたのは和室だった。 強いこだわりがなかったのでそのまま宿泊したが、どうしても指定したい場合はあらかじめ確認を入れた方がいいかも

源泉の温泉は硫黄の匂いと、白濁で最高です。 21:00以降には混浴もあります。 3種類それぞれ最高の湯でした。 2食付きにしましたが、素泊まりで近くでなにか買おうと考えるには無理があるロケーションです。 秘境な場所でまわりにはなにもないです。 ギリギリ最後のファミリーマートから20分以上ですね。 湯は最高です。

朝寝てる時8時、確認の電話かかって来た、ちょっとムートしたが、チェックイン受付 の対応が良かった。お湯がとても良いです。

ネットで申し込んだ内容とホテルで対応してくれた内容に食い違いがあった。 ネットでは朝食付で19,144円になっているのに、ホテルでは素泊まり朝食無しで16,272円になっていた。ネットに確認してくれないのは怠慢ではないか。山奥で食べるところもなく、おかげで朝食なしのみじめな旅行になった。どこで食い違いが起きたのか誰の責任なのかわかりません。もしこれで19,144円の引き落としがあったならばｴｸｽﾍﾟﾃﾞｨｱを訴えなければならなくなります。 以上
