Beautiful resort situated on the most beautiful beach in Natadola Fiji. The only thing I have to say is the resort very much only caters for kids for entertainment There are a couple singers every night however something a bit more up beat where adults could have a dance a not for asleep would be good! Food choices could be a bit better very much same same between Sanasana and toba something like sushi or Italian wood fire pizza would be nice Don’t get a ground floor room outside of cleaners room all you hear all night and morning is the cleaners coming in and out this I have to say was the downfall to our room other than that it’s a great resort with great location and facilities

I felt overall disappointed with our stay. The views and yes the layout the hotel is beautiful. However staff are not very service oriented especially in the restaurants. Facilities are old and dirty, bathtub and sinks in our bathroom were stained and dated. When we took a bath on the balcony the water out of the tap was yellow. The food in the restaurant is very disappointing. Breakfast is ok and the pizza at the Italian buffet was ok but apart from that the food experience was a huge let down. The kids area was good except we were only allowed to use it during special times during the day which was disappointing as we were told at check-in that we could use it at anytime. Staff at the child centre were very rude too. Entertainment in the evenings was great but the activity calendar could offer a bit more variety

The beach is public so you will get approached by locals trying to get you to buy things. Made my wife a little uncomfortable. The resort was wonderful and the staff was nice. If you like to order cocktails be forewarned that the quality control on drinks isn’t the best. I ordered the same drink 3 different times and every time it came back different. Fortunately the drinks were fairly priced and the staff was super nice so I didn’t push the fact that many times I didn’t get the drink I ordered. The resort had a lot of fun activities for kids and we loved our experience in Fiji!

Lovely location, with access to a beautiful beach, great snorkeling and entry-level surfing straight off the beach. As always the Fijian staff are warm and friendly. Service for most this faster than other places we have stayed in Fiji. Facilities were very nice. Some aspects of the room and facilities are a little tired but still spacious, clean and well equipped. All in all loved our time here.

Everything about the property was amazing expect an uncomfortable bed and the food wasnt good at all. For a 5 star resort the food was nowhere near on par.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Need to improve the poolside internet as the staff seemed to always be having issues with their connection to take drink and food orders.

Fabulous setting and facilities with wonderful staff. Food was good but not brilliant - expecting greater variety of local fruits, too many melons!!!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at this beautiful property in Fiji! Rooms are clean, big and very comfortable. Pools were great, three restaurants on offer, staff were lovely, kids activities were good and the beach was amazing! Water is stunning and there are waves (albeit small) to have fun in. Also had a couple hours at the spa and it was delightful! Highly recommend! We will definitely go back!

Beautiful spot with great beach and amazing staff. It is however very expensive and you have no where else to go for food. The food was good but not amazing for the price.
