We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The team kindly helped us store some of our bags while we were completing the W Circuit, which made our trip much easier. When we returned, the check-in process was quick and seamless. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment — especially the breathtaking views and the incredibly comfortable king-size bed. It was the perfect place to relax after our trek, and we would gladly stay here again.

Unbelievable view from our room and it appears all rooms have this same huge window view. Interesting history of this lodge. A short drive out of town which made for a nice quiet stay. Easy to find with Maps App. Close to airport. Great breakfast. We ate at the onsite restaurant two nights. Each time was delicious and of course convenient. Open till late. Hotel staff great.

Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town.

Great stay here with amazing views. Our initial room had a cracked window but the hotel were able to change us to a new room! Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast and dinner in the Restaurant.
