Wonderful location!! Great breakfast! Air conditioning could have been cooler. Would definitely stay here again. Booked the last minute and we were pleasantly surprised!

Great views and walking distance!

Weather was nice, pool was small but clean. Lots of things to do! The rooms were nice and the views were amazing!! Most things were walking distance that we wanted to get to or they came to us!!

Our second time to stay. We really enjoy the charm of this hotel and the staff are always wonderful. Love that we can enjoy walks along the river and through the historical downtown and great dining options.

Oldie but Goodie!

Older hotel but we didn’t mind. It fit perfectly in the neighborhood, location was PERFECTION with gorgeous views, and even tiny hiccups were handled quickly and with grace. The staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! We would definitely stay at the Grand Natchez again!

Nonsense fee when you check out. Seemed very sneaky and wasnt on my bill. A sign is on the counter saying there is a charge, however we traveled from out of state and could argue or leave. Slimey and should have been on our original payment when we prepaid. 2 front desk people were nice one was completely useless. Asked whats around to do said she didnt know, never looked up and made eye contact. Asked for bedding as my sons pull out couch had nothing ready, was told there was a staff meeting. No offer to send up later, take a note anything. Brushed off. We booked for 3 people and in a king sized bed, common sense would have been the sleeper couch would be ready.

Don't do it. You'll be sorry

Not as advertised. Old stinky room with furniture that should be in landfill. Pool was green. Noisy old building. Bathroom had hair in tub and snot on wall and shades. Free breakfast was terrible. Greasy and scrambled eggs floating in something.Checked out early because of condition of facility. They wouldn't compensate us in any way for our early departure so we paid for 2 nights and stayed only 1. Hotels.com misrepresents the place. Will not use Hotels.com ever again.
