We liked the walkability from the property. We did not like the parking across the street. The lack of amenities such as bathroom items like a shower cap and tissues. We only were able to get one cup of coffee at the breakfast on the first day. They took it away 20 minutes before the breakfast ended.

We had stayed previously and had a pleasant experience. Thinking we would return, we were disappointed at the run down condition of the facility and the unkempt appearance of our room. Although we had a suite, there were no accompanying amenities such as paper towels, spoons, napkins etc. The fitness equipment was either broken or inoperative. The breakfast was mediocre. Our floors and shower were very dirty. The young lady at the front desk was gracious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The courtyard was beautiful, staff were friendly and the decorations and art were representative of the area. We also enjoyed our time in the area, checking out historical areas and wildlife. I would definitely stay here again. Hint: I didn't notice until after booking but recommend booking on the website rather than through a third party to save up to $50 per night.

The business office equipment was old, and inoperable. I could not scan, or copy documents for court briefing !! The front office was not train on supporting the operation of equipment and could not assist from back office. Manager was to call me and print copies upon arrival and they never did. Pay at hotel isn't & property going downhill.

First off, you should be aware that if you choose "pay at property" they don't wait for you to check in, or even the day of. They dinged the card I had on file to reserve it with several days early. I normally pay with another card on-site when I do pay at the property so it nailed a card I wasn't expecting which was a bit of an inconvenience. Now onto the condition... this was once a very impressive landmark property that I happily recommended to folks, it seems to really be lacking in maintenance and upkeep and is a totally different feel since our last stay two years ago. The lobby area is still beautiful and it is still rather striking outside, but the hallways and rooms are looking a little sad. We passed some sort of spill with particulate matter (it looked like vomit, but I hope it wasn't) throughout our stay and it was never cleaned. The hall carpets are absolutely filthy and the room floors made my socks filthy with just a couple trips through the room. The exposed wiring for the hall A/C units was rather tacky too. In addition, our room A/C was missing the thing to hold the curtain back so we had to leave it open otherwise all the cool air went right under it. Wyndham could stop this downward arc if they sent in some management and staff who genuinely cared for the property, but it seems just enough is being done to get by which is unfortunate as it could be a very beautiful place. I do have to compliment the lady serving the breakfast. She was great!

The hotel was very basic. Could use some upgrades. Hard wood floors were sticky. Linen on bed was almost too small to cover mattress. Comforter on bed was VERY thin. Staff was very nice and personable.
