Bad from the start and only got worse as time went by. We had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to show up. The room was cringe and long overdue for a remodel. Both the coffee machine and microwave were unplugged with no easy was to plug them back in so had to be moved to other locations. Breakfast service was to start at 6:00. At 6:30 only half of the food was out and the "cook" didn't really seem to care about it. The price that we paid for the room was probably double what it should have been considering everything.

We needed a place to stay for the Natchitoches light festival so we chose the Quality Inn. Our room was disgusting. Hair on toilet, stains on sheets, hole in the wall, water leak stains, and worst of all we had ROACHES. Roaches in the sink, on the nightstand, and by the tv. The building in a convenient location by the interstate, but its not worth it.

Upon arrival the door would not lock. We had to put furniture in front of the door. The room was dirty. Due to events happening there were no other available rooms. The building was in poor condition and there was evidence the door had been broken into. There was peeling and scraped paint throughout the room. Hardly worth the $250+ one night stay. Won’t recommend or stay again.

I saw a roach crawling up the wall. The you had to slam it to make it close. I told the clerk about it. He said he will get someone to check the door and did not. He also said he will get the pest control out.

Stayed overnight on a motorcycle trip. The staff was great and let is park our bikes under the awning while it was raining. Room was clean but in need of some TLC. Breakfast was OK. The biggest complaint was a homeless person sleeping on the back balcony and a pot head smoking outside his room door. They need security to address these things.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I reserved a single king bed and was put in a double queen room. The neighbors were noisy all night, every night. Parking is awful here. There are only a few spots that will fit a larger truck.

Would give a 5 out of 5 except the refrigerator in room 211 didn't work. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Needed more towels and were given them immediately. Several places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and linens very nice. Was very quiet the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was good several different choices. Felt very safe there. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.
