In the district of Poumeyrette 4.5 km from the centre of Naujac-sur-Mer, 6 km from the centre of Lesparre, 11 km from the centre of Hourtin, 17 km from the sea, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 17 km. Surf school 17 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
