In summer, the apartment is ideal for exploring the mountain routes of the Ruda valley and enjoying the impressive natural surroundings to the fullest.



The interior of the accommodation features a spacious living room, where the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen, including a dishwasher and kitchen accessories, offers panoramic views of the exterior gardens, flooding the space with natural light.



The bedroom area features a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower tray. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed, with a second full bathroom nearby equipped with a bathtub.



Fully furnished and equipped, the apartment includes a parking space with a ski storage locker in the Val de Ruda basement, providing you with comfort and accessibility. From the parking area, you can easily head to the ski storage rooms, take the lifts and access the cable car directly.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.



Please note that the internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic, and the WIFI signal may be low. Additionally, bringing animals to the accommodation is prohibited. Please consult the Booking Conditions at the bottom of the page.



Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
