A spectacular House located in Val de Ruda, with 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms; in the best urbanisation of the Baqueira Beret area. The accommodation is located in a privileged location, next to the cable car access. An unbeatable situation for ski enthusiasts.



Chamois is a house with high-end renovations and first-class finishes. The house has 300 m2 distributed over 4 floors. On the ground floor is the main living-dining room and kitchen area, all equipped and decorated by professionals. The dining table seats 8 people. The entire living room is completely exterior with access to a balcony with views of Val de Ruda. All details have been carefully considered, such as the balcony's climate control to make it usable during the snow season.



On the two upper floors is the rest area, with capacity for up to 6 people where we will find on the first level, 2 en-suite bedrooms with 2 single beds each and on the upper floor is an attic suite with a double bed and private bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a living room.



This excellent house is complemented by two parking spaces and two ski storage cupboards.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a single-dose manual dishwasher detergent, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: Internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
