The Red Front Suite - Sleeps 15

Located one block from the Nauvoo Temple and on Mulholland Street, stay within walking distance of many of the sites and attractions. The Red Front Suite occupies the entire 1575 sqft. second floor above The Red Front restaurant. Stay together with your large group with space for 15 or more guests. Entire apartment, fully furnished, with full kitchen. Flight of stairs required for access.

The Red Front building was first constructed circa 1880s. The main floor has housed various businesses over it's nearly 140 year history; from a dry goods store to a tavern and various restaurants. Enjoy delightful views of Mulholland Street from the three large windows overlooking the street in the family room.

The kitchen is stocked with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crock-pot, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything you should need to cook during your stay. There are the following beds available, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 double, 1 futon, 1 roll-away, 2 floor mats, and a pack-n-play crib.

It was a roomy space, with several comfortable beds and a nice kitchen and living room. The northernmost bedroom has an excellent view of the temple. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious, reasonably priced food prepared and presented by friendly staff. The stairwell is steep and is the only access to the space. It is also a musty stairwell, but the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Great space with tons of room to spread out! Funky unit but we felt that added to the charm & nostalgia for our group who grew up spending summers in Nauvoo visiting family. This place was very well equipped with anything you needed from an iron to laundry soap to filled ice cube trays & anything else you may need. The entire unit was air conditioned with ceiling fans & box fans if needed to keep the upstairs space cool during the 90 degree days. Justin was great at communicating all the check in & check out details. Would definately stay here again!

Nauvoo Trip

We had a great time, it is a pretty cozy yet roomy suite with a lot of character. It had everything we needed, including for fixing dinner. And it has a great location The host was great to communicate with and the little restaurant downstairs has some amazing treats. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nauvoo.

Building is very old which adds to the charm. Had plenty of space and Jordan was amazing to work with! Food downstairs is yummy also! Does have a lot of stairs if that is an issue for you.

Thanksgiving getaway

This is our second time staying here. Excellent location, convenient to all the Nauvoo attractions. House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. House is clean and beds are comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Deer hunt stay

Rented the Red Front for our weekend deer hunt. Two guys just looking for a basic comfortable place with the usual amenities. TV, kitchen, WIFI, bedrooms all adequate. Will stay here again. The 23 steps up to the apartment were a bit of a chore for my 74 year old hunting partner but he managed.

Wonderful!

This was the best place to stay! There was a lot of room and a restaurant downstairs! We could easily walk to shops and the Temple was visible from the window. I read up on the history of the place and it used to be a hotel. I could see that layout in the bedrooms and locations of the bathrooms. It was so fun to stay here. We were here for 5 nights and would do it again. The host was very communicative and helpful. There were 7 adults and 2 children in our group.

This is the perfect place to stay in Nauvoo

Not only is there plenty of room and wonderful views from every window, the only place in town to buy food on any given day is just downstairs. We loved the property and the location. A great place to stay and for the right price.
