This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, gulf front townhome is highly sought after and perfect for a family vacation.

All Our Summers is a beautiful and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Gulf front town home that could soon become the place you and your party spend all of your summers! This open concept townhome offers gorgeous views of the gulf from 2 separate balconies and sleeps up to 8 people.

Upon walking into the town home, the foyer quickly opens to the large kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite seafood dinners or picnic lunches for the beach and the dining area fits 10 comfortably between the farmhouse table and the bar with four barstools. The living area has a tranquil and relaxing vibe with comfortable furniture and an electric fireplace. A 50-inch television hangs above the fireplace for a cozy night in after a long day at the beach. The sofa opens up to a queen sleeper for more sleeping arrangements. The beautiful Gulf views can be enjoyed from anywhere in this space from the two sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

The balcony has a table and seating for four and is the best place to take in the breeze and the sight of the emerald green waters. There's nothing more tranquil than sitting on the back balcony listening to the sound of the waves lapping up on the sandy white shores of Navarre Beach. There is also a œ bath for convenience and the laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer on this floor located just off the foyer.

On the second level you will find the first guest room with a king bed that offers floor to ceiling windows and views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second guest room also has a king bed and stunning Gulf views with access to the upper balcony. This second level offers a full bath in the hallway for each bedroom to share. The master suite with adjoining bathroom is an oasis with a plush king-sized bed and private access to the upper balcony. All bedrooms have televisions and a large closet to store your luggage.

For those rainy days or afternoons when you just want to be out of the sun the covered carport has two tables with seating and a wall mounted television. This is a great area to grill out using either the gas grill or BBQ grill provided, and the outside shower helps wash away the beach when you are done playing in the sand.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided for guests at All Our Summers and stored in the carport area.

The unit is in general disrepair. I have numerous photos to show the shabby condition. However, the unit was clean and kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils and appliances. Had it not been, would have requested another unit. I think the cost was too high for the condition of the unit. Send me best email and I’ll send photos.

Perfect!

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all necessities needed for cooking (aside from spices etc).The decor is so cozy and it’s so easy to get out to the beach. The only negative is the stairs.

Beautiful holiday home in excellent location

You easily feel home in that holiday home! It was super good equiped inhouse and for the beach, including 3 bicycles & it was very cosy! The location on the beach couldnÂŽt have been any better!!! The only down point was the weather ;-)! And if you want to complain about something I would mention the veranda door which you couldn ÂŽt look! There was only a stick which you had to place inbetween sliding door and frame. But that worked, too :-) !

Great location on the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre is a nice community with beautiful ocean views. Property was very nice and spacious. Comfortable living space with outdoor environment to hang in sunshine or rain.

The location is perfect but the house needs some work. Sheets were stained and the umbrella outside didn’t work. Nothing that truly affected our trip but for the price some little things could be fixed.

Breezy beach trip

The wind blew pretty hard the first 2-3 days and we could not get in the water. But, the beach is wide and clean. The water was very clear. The house has been updated and is very comfortable. They may have the best stocked and organized kitchen in any rental we have had. This made cooking a delight, especially since we bought fresh seafood and cooked every night. Awesome experience and we will be coming back.

Total Relaxation

The property management team is outstanding, especially welcoming and helpful was Kyle. There was a lightbulb out in the equipment room, and I couldn't find the bath towels (they are under the sinks!) Paradise instantly addressed both issues beyond expectation. The decor and styling of this property make this one of the nicest vacations I've ever enjoyed. Then there are the amenities...gracious! From beach umbrellas and chairs, gas grill, bikes and relaxing hammocks to a wide assortment of kitchen tools, an electric fireplace, and high end appliances - every detail is thoughtful and high quality. The HVAC worked like a dream and the views from the beautiful rooms can't be beat. It's a perfect choice for a dreamy vacation. All you have to do is show up and relax!

We enjoyed this home very much. Very nice and comfort. Close to public beach access !! So a lot of “stragglers “ crowding the area Neighbors on both sides with Dogs that they did not clean up afterwards so area around back with lots of poop that the dog owners did not clean up

Best Beach Stay

This is the perfect accommodation if you are traveling to Pensacola or Fort Walton to visit military family or just want a great location for a beach getaway. Everything is just as shown, the accommodations are great, the supplies for a beach day are ideal and the location is perfect!!! We will definitely be booking this one again!!!

We loved our stay at All Our Summers


It was a great week, the place was clean and tidy, great location. The only downfall for us was that we killed two VERY large cockroaches in the downstairs area during our stay. One was seen immediately upon arrival when we first entered the home and another a couple days later after coming back in from a day out and about. It was worrisome that there could possibly be an infestation. Please have this home sprayed/fumigated soon. Also, the trash from previous renters was still in the outside trash can and was not picked up prior to our check in, which left no room for our trash. It stunk super bad as well so I’m not sure how long it had been sitting there in the can under the porch steps.

Highly recommend place to stay. Our family will definitely come back to this wonderful place. Plenty of room for parking 3 cars. Has all kitchen cooking pots, pans, plate, you name it, it’s there. Very clean unit.

Townhouse was tastefully decorated and modern! All household items and supplies were great. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc for 6 guests. Pleasantly surprised! Would recommend to others. I hope to return next spring. My only suggestion would be to add an awning or umbrellas to top deck as the ocean view is better there but the sun is hot. :)

Perfect for Spring break

My Grandmother , Parents , along with my 3 children (7)(4) (9 months) spent Spring Break here . The townhome is recently updated and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is here! It’s located just a staircase away from the beach! We enjoyed it very much!
