This villa is part of the Kamari Village group. Individually owned villas, situated on the Southwest coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros.
Comfortable, cozy, and private. It is deal for honeymoons or romantic get-aways.
Wonderful views & a ten minutes walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island. Spectacular sunsets over the island of Paros.

The villa is one of two semi-detached villas, totally private from one another, and each commanding a clear view to the sea.
The villa has one bedroom with a king size bed. There is a shower/wc.
There is a kitchenette with a dinning area, and an adjacent living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, cooking range, small oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
There is a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a television.
Air conditioning and a washing machine.
The villa has ample outdoor space.
The villa has a front covered patio overlooking the sea, and a large sunning area. There is a small table and chairs where you can have breakfast.. In a sheltered corner, is a built-in Bar-B-Q.
Set in a private area accessed by steps through the patio, is a newly added section with stunning views!
It houses a swimming pool (5m x 3m), and a sitting area with sunbeds and built-in sofas.
Close by the pool is an outdoor spa-Jacuzzi (2m x 1.85m) that seats 4 people.

Lovely place to stay in Naxos
We felt very welcome at Kamari Villa. There were a lot of refreshments and breakfast stuff which we really appreciated. The villa was very clean and the swimming pool/hot tub was well maintained. The view from the terrace is amazing, especially during the sunset. Our host was very helpful and quickly responded to all our needs. The villa is located within walking distance of the beach, a few tavernas, and a local supermarket.
The only issue that we had but it has nothing to do with the villa itself, it's there were many mosquitoes in the area so make sure to bring mosquito repellent with you. Apart from that, we loved our time spent at Kamari Villa in Naxos. Thank you!

Beautiful, private, well maintained, friendly staff
We loved this place from the moment we drove in. We were about 3 hours late arriving and were still met with a smiling face and a refreshments - both badly needed after a long trip.
Helpful and friendly owners and staff were available if needed, but never imposing. The views are amazing from the pool deck and the location is perfect. Excellent dining option within minutes included some of the best seafood we've ever had.
I hate to give such a good review as this may cause us to not be able to get in the next time to do overbooking! We can't wait to return.

Premièrement très bel accueil de la part de Talke, belles attentions: pain, œufs, lait,…. Emplacement dans un lieu calme avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Villa très propre, bien équipée et des plus confortable. Un séjour inoubliable! Je vous recommande chaudement!

Ein Platz für die Götter!🧜🏻♂️
Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag war unsere Zeit im Haus, vor Ort und Umgebung sensationell: Uns fehlte es an nichts – in Talke hatten wir eine liebe, ortskundige Ansprechpartnerin für allen Belangen. Das Haus mit eigenem Rooftop-Pool und Jacuzzi wollten wir garnicht mehr verlassen. In der Nähe befindet sich einer der schönsten Strände von Naxos und die ansässigen Restaurants sind hervorragen, besonders Apolafsi.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Doch wie schon in der Haus- und Umgebungsbeschreibung erwähnt, ist ein fahrbarer Untersatz wärmstens zu empfehlen – vor allem für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe und Erholung mit sensationellen Blick aufs Meer sucht, findet es hier auf dem kleinen Olymp in Kamari!
