Naxea Villas Seaside Luxury 1 offers a 3-floor private accommodation of 130 sqm in total, with a 36 sqm pool, a smart living room with a stunning view of the Mediterranean, a fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish and comfy dining room, and an outdoor open barbeque, all ideal for creating loving memories of fun and sharing with your beloved ones.

At the same time, it offers unique privacy with 3 ensuite bedrooms, that feature queen beds with Simmons-signed mattresses, exclusive bathrooms and private terraces for moments of unparalleled peace and relaxation.

The accommodation is only 100 meters from the sea, and approximately 15 smooth minutes away from Chora, the main town of Naxos, thanks to the wholly reconstructed road operating from Summer ‘23.
