Stunning views
Panoramic views to Nazare, beach, mountains, ocean and Berlenga islands. The house is brand new and impeccable. Very clean and comfortable.
Hassle-free check-in and -out with lockbox. 100% recommended!
Das Beleuchtungskonzept im Haus könnte mehr Wärme und Gemütlichkeit vertragen (mehr Indirektleuchten). Küchenausstattung war recht spartanisch (z.B. keine Zitronenpresse); Nespresso- Kapselmaschine erzeugt viel Abfall). Abends hätten wir gerne den Pool beleuchtet angemacht, aber keinen Schalter gefunden. Wer gerne Bauarbeiten direkt in der Blickachse nach Nazaré beobachten möchte, die dort schon seit 2024 laufen, wird glücklich ;-).Vor dem Hintergrund der rel. hohen Miete ist das alles ein nicht ganz unberechtigtes Jammern auf höherem Niveau.Alles in allem haben wir uns trotzdem dort recht wohlgefühlt. Traumhafte Gegend!

Gegenüber vom Haus war eine Baustelle-die Agentur hatte uns nicht vorab informiert und uns darauf hingewiesen. Wir waren der Situation ausgeliefert. Die innen liegenden Badezimmer sind nicht optimal, da sie nur über die Schlafzimmer zu lüften sind und immer einen feuchten Geruch mit sich bringen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und macht trotz wöchentlicher Pflege keinen einladenden Eindruck, da der Rand grüne Ablagerungen hat. Die vorderen Terrassen sind wegen des teilweise böigen Windes nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das Hus hat einen tollen Blick ist aber aufgrund der vorstehenden Punkte nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
La maison est extraordinaire et offre toutes les commodités. Espace spacieux et lumineux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à visiter Nazaré et les environs.

Das Haus ist ein Traum
Die Villa Berlenga kann in allen Belangen überzeugen.
3 wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, tolle Wohnräume und ein Traumpool sowie mehrere Terrassen mit super Möbeln lassen kein Wünsche offen.
Eventuell etwas massivere Sonnenschirme, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau
