Important to Note: This home is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. A sound bar and Sonos system are present at the home, but are not available for use. There are several exterior cameras stationed around the property.

A boat is permanently docked inside the boathouse and is not available to rent. Cleats are available along the side of the boat house for guest use with a personal or rented boat. Boats cannot be launched from the property, so guests should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James.
