Location was fantastic! Short walk to the beach & pool. The condo was clean with great amenities. There were some issues at the condo, but they were taken care of by the host immediately. Would gladly stay again in the future.

We all really enjoyed this property. It was just what we needed and signed up for! There was a hurricane in October and so getting a ladder up and running was not able to happen in time but the other amenities were able to take the place of that entry just fine. Our host was prompt with responses every time I needed him!

Such a beautiful part of the island. Beautiful spacious home with room for our family of 5. Somewhat rough current to snorkel in but we went in once and saw incredible fish in the sanctuary. Clubhouse and beach access are great. Very accessible area and extremely safe

Our stay at Little Bay Country Club in Negril was absolutely wonderful! The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with stunning ocean views. Trenton, our host, was incredibly responsive and friendly—he made everything easy from check-in to departure. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, private beach, and the welcoming local vibe. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend staying here!

Awesome property

This property is beautiful. The pictures don’t show the beauty and the location on the cliffs! This property is very secure. No one is getting in. Throughout the day and night there is security walking the properties constantly. That is definitely first for me, they were checking both the back and front of the properties constantly. Within the house the kitchen is fully stocked, water hot, a/c in each room and living room and the property was extremely clean. This is a definite choice for anyone looking to stay in the Negril area.

Trenton’s property was absolutely fantastic…. The unit decor matched the island theme which was a home run. The outside landscaping was breathtaking the Tiki hut was very original. Considering Hurricane Melissa devastated much of Jamaica in the fall of 2025, Trenton and his crew put this property back in tremendous shape. The view overlooking the ocean, watching sunsets and relaxing with a cold beverage under the tiki hut is what relaxing vacations are all about. The villa itself is nicely appointed. Furniture in the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed if you like to cook as we do. Windows and doors front and back allow a nice cooling breeze in. Although there is A.C. on the main floor and both bedrooms we seldom needed to use it. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice pillows and linens. Having two upstairs bathrooms is very convenient. One bonus is the artwork throughout the villa. Very island like and unique. Trenton and his maintenance man, Rolston are very quick to respond to any issues. They truly care about their guests. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return next year.

The stay in Little Bay Country Club was a great experience!! Sitting on the Terrace overlooking the Caribean See is a dream. Trenton - the Owner of the house - was always at disposal and tried always asap to get the little defects fixed. One point was little bit affecting us: the very isolated oosition of LBCC. Nithing in walking distance. However- a great Experience

Mooi huis met een prachtige tuin en uitzicht. En mogelijkheid om te gaan snorkelen. Echt heel fijn. Eigenaar is ook heel meewerkend. Ook het zwembad in het park met het strandje daar is heel fijn. In het huis zijn ook alle faciliteiten. Dus een echte aanrader!
