Aqua Heights Studio Apartment - Stunning Views over Nelson's Tasman Bay

Aqua Heights is an ideal couples retreat with the versatility to host a small family! You'll love waking up in this spectacular location!

Fully self-contained and situated beneath a luxury home. Accessed via landscaped stairway from the shared parking area above. The studio styled with generous living, dining, kitchen and bed, stunning bathroom and separate study/sleeping area.

The main bed is a King. There is also an office desk in the study area that folds out to create a quality single bed. Glass framed balcony and large sliders from the apartment offer exceptional views over Nelson, The Haven Estuary and beautiful Tasman Bay.

Laundry facilities: Dual Washer/Dryer and drying rack are provided :-)

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- The home above may be owner-occupied, however, the apartment offers excellent privacy for your stay.

- Security cameras surveil the balcony and driveway areas. These cameras cover only the exterior of the property.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

No welcome at all. There was a huge campervan parked in drive, which made it difficult to access path to flat. Parking was also difficult.

What an awesome place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at Aqua Heights! We fell in love with the place and wished we could stay longer. The studio apartment was very well appointed - clean and modern. The view of the harbour and the Tasman Bay is to die for. Nelson is a great town - easy to get around and friendly people. Lots of things to do such as the Abel Tasman Coastal Trail, wine touring in Marlborough and kayaking in the Marlborough Sounds and more. Thank you to our hosts Maree and Craig for making us feel welcome and comfortable. I hope we will be back soon! Jessie and Allan

Fresh modern studio apt, fully equipped and functional. Lovely sunny balcony/patio with great views and sunsets. Starter necessities were thoughtfully provided. Unit wd work best for a couple, though you might manage with a small child or two. Other permanent occupants of the building (one couple) were friendly and helpful. In a choice neighbourhood and close enough to town without being in it.
