Parking at the house at 50 m. Restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, skisport facilities 900 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 350 m.

Small living room with TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Terrace, east facing position, patio, north facing position and south facing position. Barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer.
