Overview

This one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom luxury villa in Neo Chorio boasts a panoramic view second to none. The view from the balconies and outdoor areas will leave you speechless. The large horizon edge swimming pool with walk-in Roman steps provides easy access and a great place to relax and cool down. Villa Apollonia is a larger villa featuring kitchen areas on two different levels as well as two indoor dining areas. Perfect for larger families and groups this abundance of space provides a relaxing atmosphere and is perfect for enjoying your holiday in Cyprus. Located on the edge of Neo Chorio, Villa Apollonia is exceptionally quiet and boasts complete privacy.

Living Area

The open-plan living space features an "L" shaped corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding patio doors open to one of many outdoor spaces, here you can find a shaded outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, gardens, and views of Latchi & the surrounding areas. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people. UKTV and Wi-Fi internet are included free of charge.

Kitchen

The large fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A separate utility room and washing area can also be found behind the kitchen. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people.

Villa Apollonia sleeps up to 8 people in 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms.

The stunning outdoor space is plentiful and includes a large shaded terrace with an additional seating/dining area. The tiled horizon edge swimming pool 10m x 5m features large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry. The bubble spa is under a shaded pergola and is unheated.

First of all we enjoyed our holiday and the phantastic villa with the nice view very much. The welcome meeting with Kathrin was very friendly and nice. The villa is very comfortable and clean. We had a a problem with the water. It was not possible to take a shower with two people together in two different bath rooms. And the warm water was only in two bath rooms and two other rooms only had cold water, as well the kitchen. The pool light was all the time off and only on the last two days after we informed the pool cleaning, he whitched on the lights. Further we did not understand why the heating in all bed rooms and bath rooms is included but the heating in the living room will be charged extra. Totaly I can recommend this villa very much.
