The complex boasts a large terraced garden and a kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 100 - 175 cm) with seasonal availability from March 1st to October 1st, open from 10:00 to 20:00. There is also a shower/WC and a children's pool in the pool area. Private steps lead down through the gardens to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, watersports, and a supermarket. A 5-minute walk from the flat takes you down through the gardens to the beach, though it involves many steps, which may not suit those with baby buggies, walking aids, or mobility issues. However, there is an elevator from the flat to the street above, where you can park for free and easily drive to the beachfront.
