Welcome to rent this newly built penthouse with private roof terrace of very high quality, on the 3rd floor with elevator.

The apartment is located in central Nerja and has both sea view and free view to the west with the Torrox lighthouse and the mountains in sight. Enjoy the sunset all year round from the roof terrace as well as the west facing balcony. Besides plenty of restaurants there is everything you need within 50-200 m such as playground, pharmacy, wine shop, grocery store, bakery, doctor, bus stop, ATM, gym, parking lot, cafes and much more. Beaches like Torrecilla, Calahonda, Playazo, Sálon and Chucho within 600-900m. Burriana is 1500m to walk to through the village along the most beautiful street of Carabeo, with several smaller beaches at the far side.

The apartment has 82 square meters of living space with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed (140 × 200). Each bedroom has 2 single beds (90 × 190) that stand together or separate. In bedroom number 3 there is a pull-out single bed (same comfort as the others) Here you can sleep 1-2 people, use both beds so it is a narrow (50 cm) passage to reach the wardrobe, as it is a smaller bedroom . Only one bed is used, there is plenty of room.

There are 2 bathrooms with showers, as well as kitchens with open-plan living rooms. For this there are also two balconies. Continuously bright color choices with durable stone floor of imitation light gray parquet. The 84 sqm private roof terrace is accessed from the entrance hall via a regular marble staircase (not spiral) in marble with comfortable handrails.

Delightful Apartment and Rooftop
The apartment was just as described and pictured- though even better! The Scandinavian design was sleek and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were ample kitchen supplies for cooking. The views are gorgeous of the beach and mountains. The rooftop terrace made the trip! With three couples— our two adult children and their partners- the apartment and rooftop felt expansive with plenty of space. We enjoyed delicious BBQ meals, splendid sunsets, and evenings soaking in the jacuzzi. Sebastian was an excellent host— and did everything he could to ensure that our stay was comfortable. He was responsive and helpful in a very timely manner. We could feel his genuine intent to ensure that our family had an excellent stay in his apartment. I heartily recommend this place!
