The apartment 3 of the farmhouse is located on the first floor. The apartment for up to four people and a size of 92 m² is furnished to a high standard and consists of three rooms: a large living room with open kitchen (high quality Siemens appliances) and beautiful views of the garden, the water and the jetty, two spacious Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower. The floors of the apartment are made of oak parquet. From the bedroom to the north, a door leads to the large terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and the water and has its own teak wood garden furniture.

The manor house continues to convince with the historic façade, which has been renovated with great attention to detail, a very loving interior with partly antique furnishings and the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (eg. Oak wood floor, allergy-friendly colors).
