On the ground floor and fully glazed, overlooking a large south-facing terrace, this apartment is bathed in light. All year round, you have within the apartment a beautiful swimming pool of 6.5m X 3.5m and a depth of 1.4m. It is heated whatever the season between 30 and 31 ° C. You also have in the swimming pool a sitting area with air + water massage and a space for bubble massage. The swimming pool is hidden from view and you can fully enjoy it in complete privacy. For a total change of scenery, you are in the middle of a Mediterranean garden. Centenary olive tree, palm trees, lavender, rosemary, thyme laurel, Agapanthes and other plants from the south have been flourishing in the garden for 11 years now. An ecological choice to preserve our planet: The apartment is located in a villa that we had built in 2008. Heating is provided by geothermal energy, and hot water is produced by solar panels and geothermal backup. The walls are lava stone and plastered in the old way. Thus all polystyrene type insulators have been banned.

The area is ideal for a good stay. Sheltered from the sea breezes, but 2 steps from the town center and the beach (800 meters on foot), you will appreciate its tranquility. View of the pine forest in the southern district of Hardelot. A small path leads to the sea for more tranquility.

Nous étions présent pendant la "tempête" et a vrai dire avec la qualité des équipement présent (piscine etc). Nous n'avons absolument pas vue le temp passé, hâte de revenir pour pouvoir faire des balades a vélo car les alentours ont l'air extraordinaire!!

Piscine intérieure bien appréciable
Logement très propre et très agréable. Situé dans un quartier très calme, mais relativement proche du centre et de la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le linge de toilette et la literie est de très bonne qualité. La piscine intérieure était bien appréciable pendant notre séjour et nous a fait oublier le temps frais et très pluvieux de début août.

Sejour ideal, la maison est comme dans la description. Attention la seconde chambre est tres petite mais au besoin il y a un canapé lit dans le sejour. La literie et le linge de maison sont de tres bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement propre et assez spacieux pour nous.L’emplacement est tres bien, proche de la plage et des commerces et au calme a la fois. La piscine est sympa mais elle ne semblait pas a 29/30 car l’air dans la salle est chaud,nous avons aéré en vain, un thermometre dans l’eau aurait été un plus. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de materiel de base a l’arrivée au vu du coût mais avons vite solutionner cela et globalement très bien!

Location plur une perite famille, d'une propreté absolue, lits et menage fait, départ et arrivée à distance. La piscine est agréable et bien chauffée une météo incertaine dans cette région, peut etre un peu trop chlorée. Attention, la chambre avec les lits superposés ne convient qu à des enfants. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour toute précision. Manque qq suggestions de restaurants et de sites à visiter dans le livret d accueil.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.La piscine est un bonheur.L'emplacement permet de se déplacer à pieds vers la mer et les boutiques du centre.La villa est très soignée et propre.Les explications sont parfaites.Un immense merci .

Séjour très agréable
Une location fort sympathique par la présence de la piscine certes qui est un plus mais la petite propriété avait aussi un très bel atout son extérieur qui est magique. Par contre petit bémol juste sur le fait des couchages pour la toute petite chambre qui ne peut convenir qu' à des enfants et nous étions 3 adultes. Sinon je recommande aussi bien pour un petit week-end qu'un long sejour.
