The "Landhaus Spittdiek" with eight comfortable, modern apartments for up to six people (plus a small child) is approx. 300 meters from the sandy beach, sea water swimming pool, spa center and historical harbor and very close to the dike. The healthy sea air is omnipresent here in the immediate vicinity of the sea and for beautiful walks along the dyke even late at night you can walk only a few meters. All other leisure and shopping opportunities are also just a short walk away. The house has terraces, balconies and a large garden with play equipment facing south. Fast internet access via WiFi is available free of charge in all apartments! We have a lot of pure vacation and relaxation. Welcome to the North Sea! Welcome to the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park"! Welcome to East Frisia! Welcome to the Neuharlingersiel North Sea spa!

Ferienaufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, lag in einer sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Lage mit direktem Gartenzugang. Leider wies sie einige Mängel auf. Es fehlten - unserer Meinung nach - einige Haushaltsgegenstände, die man im alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt und die wir bisher in jeder Ferienwohnung vorgefunden haben. - Wasserkocher - Flaschenöffner - Schere - Müslischalen ( es war nur 1 vorhanden) - Dessertschälchen (keine vorhanden) - Platzsets (nur 2) - Haartrockner - Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten wir für 30 € nachordern (wir hatten zwar auf eine Grundreinigung verzichtet, aber es war in unserer Buchung nicht erwähnt, dass diese Utensilien nicht inbegriffen waren). In allen Ferienwohnungen, die wir zuvor gemietet hatten, gehörte das zu Grundausstattung! - für unsere Ferienwohnung war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden (auch nicht im Schuppen vorrätig) - die Sonnenliege war verrostet und beschädigt (Bezug) - die Deckenleuchte und die rechte Nachtischlampe im Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht. . Unsere Nachfolger würden sich bestimmt darüber freuen, wenn die o. erw. Mängel abgestellt würden. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Urlaub in Neuharlingersiel genossen. Wir hoffen, Ihnen hiermit gedient zu haben und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen Angelika und Hans-Joachim Opitz
