From the house you have direct access to many beautiful hiking trails. Especially the walk to the Riedelsbacher Stausee is recommended. Here you can go fishing and boating, but in good weather take a dip. In the winter, a toboggan run nearby and cross-country skiing is available. At 8 km, you will find the ski facilities in Austria. You're close to the border with the Czech Republic and Austria.

The house has everything you need and more. There are 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave oven. In the large garden with garden furniture, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the summer.
