I contacted this hotel after our stay without any response. The hotel grounds were filthy, with dog feces everywhere, along with garbage. We had two cottages, same price, but not equal. One had less amenities than the other, one was in terrible condition, while the other appeared to be in the process of repair. One couch was so dirty it smelled like urine, we had to put the cushions outside just to handle bring indoors. The other couch didn’t smell as bad, but the sofa bed mattress was disgustingly dirty, Thus could be a lovely Inn, but it needs serious attention to cottages and the grounds.

Parking was easy. Room was NOT clean, I had to wipe spilled soda off the nightstand. There were no coffee cups or coffee supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The TV didn't work. The remote was sticky. The paint was chipping. The shower dripped. No hair dryer. Mold, Terrible coffee. It is just a horrible place.

I arrived at 5:45 and there was a note on the door that they were eating and would be back at 6:15. The front curtain didn't cover the window. The blinds on the door were falling off and I covered it with my jacket. The window in the bathroom had no curtain and faced an alley. The heater not only did not have a knob, it didn't work. The water from the faucet was brown. If I wasn't so tired I would have packed up and gone somewhere else.

I knew this wasn’t the best spot, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep but our room was so disgustingly dirty, heater didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Curtains falling off the walls etc etc. we were supposed to have two beds but they said they were putting us in their 1 bedroom chalet & the couch pulled out into a bed for our 12 year old. When we pulled the couch out, I nearly gagged! Garbage & stains etc & the mattress was ‘un-usable’ We were so tired we just huddled together in the king bed to stay warm because it was too late to complain or switch room! Hope there were no bed bugs! DO NOT STAY HERE!

that room was not safe to be in . The battery was missing from the smoke detector. To open the window you had to have a screw driver, The dead bolt on the door would not close. The bathroom sink drained so slow that it would run over before the hot water would arrive, that was the worst room that i had ever seen in 60 years of travel,

Parking was fine, and the person at the front desk was very polite. However, the room I was given was in extremely poor condition. There was writing on the wall, holes in the chairs, a broken toilet, and stains on the sheets. Unfortunately, the front desk did not offer to switch rooms or address the issues. I’m not sure how they can expect guests to stay in rooms like that, especially while charging full price. I hope they fix it, as it's not intended to slam the place, but hopefully, they will be forced to do better.

The property was old and tired. Some renovations were done, but on a shoestring. The flooring was old, the fixtures were old, the window coverings were old, the plumbing was old. The property was in dire need of just about everything. The toilet didn’t flush in my first room. It took three different keys to get into my second room, and the blinds covering the window on my room were broken. I had to cover it with a towel. I reserved a separate room for my cousin, and he had to take a shower in standing water due to poor drainage. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

I stay here because its inexpensive, but it clearly needs to have all rooms get some TLC (clean the AC, touch up the worn paint, properly mount wall units (heater) and please clean the grout in the bathroom once a year. I did hear the place is under new management o with any luck they'll put a little time and effort into it. As far as I could tell the bed was clean however.

Room unavailable when pulled up hour past check in. Booked two rooms together and they separated us. Vermin, feces stains, and cockroaches visible in room. Front desk attendant was nodding off from obvious drug use and could not stay awake or tell me simple check in procedures without drooling or passing out. Left and went to find other safer, cleaner lodging in grass valley.

my reservation on 9/20 was deplorable and I was unable to stay and use the room. it was the last room at the hotel and it had the following issues-broken bathroom window, broken front door-unable to shut 100% nor lock, and very dirty. I have pictures. The stairs and porch on the second level at room 20 were made of rotting plywood. I'd really like a refund. I left the keys on the bed and had to walk carefully out and drove home 3.5 hrs. This was just the worst.
