This property was exceptional. Beautiful room, nice pool area, great amenities, very clean, staff are helpful. This hotel is new and some areas weren’t open yet, but didn’t impact our stay. Breakfast options were excellent.

Resepsiyonda bulunan Meryem Hanıma cok tesekkur ederiz. Hem gezilecek yerler konusunda bize onerilerde bukunmasi hem de otel hakkinda bize cok yardimci oldu. Resteron kismi ozellikle kahvaltisi cok guzeldi, tum calisanlar guler yuzluydu. Nevsehirde her yere cok yakin mesafede bulunuyor, zaman konusunda sıkıntı yasamamamizi sagladi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Hizmetliler özellikle Eray- bell boy çok çalışkan, güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Kaldığımız 2012 nolu odanın üst katı aşırı sıcaktı ve oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Koridorlar da ısı iyiydi ama SPA katı soğuktu. SPA dışardan bir şirket işletiyordu ve Masaj vasattı, Bali de de bulunduk ve masajlarını gayet iyi biliyorum ama bu SPA daki Bali masajı vasat geldi. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşem güzeldi. Yemekler de öyle. Genel olarak otel mükemmel diyebilirim, fiyatlarda çok çok uygun… Çok memnun kaldık.

Kapadokya'da Barcelo otel deneyimimiz harika geçti. Onceligimiz temizlik ve konfordu, ikisini de fazlasiyla bulduk. Odamizin dublex olması çok eğlenceliydi. Nazik ve güler yüzlü personeli, ferah ve zengin açık büfesi ile Barcelo kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel.
