The Cabernet Villa features 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds that all have outside covered porches for privacy and relaxation. There are 3 bathrooms on site with roomy stand-in showers. A clawfoot tub is situated in one of the bathrooms and offers an opportunity to unwind and decompress. A charming living area offers a gas fireplace, stereo, and comfortable leather couches for maximum unwinding.

Great place for a group!
Our family of five had a great stay here in New Braunfels - lovely place, perfectly located. We were a small group, here in winter - but couldn't help but notice what a PERFECT place this would be for a large group of friends, or a family reunion - a compound of three houses, with lovely shared outdoor space, comfy deck with BBQ, fire pit, etc. Come here to enjoy life!

Comal river float trip
The house was a perfect location to float the comal and walk to restaurants. It’s was just what we needed! Plus, the back patio is so perfect for hanging out chatting, connecting and playing games. We had a memorable trip! Thank you!
