We have availability for Wurstfest! Experience the Comal River in this luxurious and cozy cottage just steps from the riverbank.  With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sofa/bed it graciously accommodates 6 people.  Simulated wood floors and shutters in every room create a warm, bright inviting ambiance that feels like home. Enjoy your private porch  and direct access to the Comal River!

Conveniently located next door is Texas Tubes for tubes and shuttle service, and only few short blocks to Historic Downtown New Braunfels.

Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included.

When making your reservation, please let us know if you'll be bringing any pets along, so we can make the necessary arrangements for your stay.

We brought our own tubes and went down the chute just down from the house. Next time I will bring my paddle board. Water is not a rapid flow (except the chute).

Beautiful property!

Amazing location right on the Comal river. Great access to the water, and then back yard leading to the river was like a nature retreat, so many deer. we felt tucked away from the other cottages with privacy on the porch. Only issue was the AC took a long time to cool off at the end of a 100 degree day, but once it did it was perfectly cold and house was nice and dark for sleeping in. Random issue - the beep on the fire alarm started going off at 4am and I had to remove it from the house, but that happens when batteries go out - just unfortunate timing. Overall, we would stay again and recommend this for a nice river getaway!

The cottage was perfect, comfy and clean

We found this property exactly as described. Beautiful view right on the water. The house was comfortable and clean. Cathy was quick to respond to messaging through the VRBO app. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This property is a gem. It's a wonderful view of the Comal river. We enjoyed seeing the deer that came around in the morning and evening. The location is very close to downtown, but has the feel of the country. I would definitely stay again.
