Beware if you require a room type

We booked a double queen room and they put us in a king bed with sofa bed room. The reason given for tbe change was that we used Hotels.com to book the room and the room wasn't available when it was booked, but no message was sent informing us of any change. Front desk manager was a bit snooty and unapologetic, just "that is why you should book directly with us."

We arrived for a late check in, ( had checked in online ) gentleman at counter was very friendly and quick with process. Room was very clean and worked perfectly for our needs. Will stay here again if opportunity presents. It was a very nice stay.

Very clean and quiet! Had a restful night sleep. Would definitely, come here again. Water pressure was great! Nice and hot water. Clean towels, hair dyer. Breakfast was great! No complaints .
