Great Location for Tubing!

This was a nice place to stay. Enjoyed the gameroom, swimming pool & hot tub. It's location is perfect, close to the river and canyon lake with New Braunfels & San Antonio within about 20-30 minutes.

Nice, quiet property

My 2 girls and I stayed here while our power was out in Houston. They loved the pool and it was conveniently located near the Guadalupe. Howard was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great House with great amenities

Check in was great and easy. House was great and accommodated all our family. Very quiet neighborhood. Great instructions with images that make it easy to operate everything. I would definitely go back to this house. The only downfalls to this property but can be corrected was the master bedroom mattress was very uneven so sleeping was not very comfortable. I think the grass could've been mowed and we noticed a pink wrist band hanging from the shower bar that did not belong to any of us so whoever the cleaning people is could probably clean a little better. Overall my stay was great minus those minor fixes and had a great Host!

Good family vacation. Pool and jacuzzi were nice as was the fire pit. Quiet neighborhood in good location. Two things: 1) Listing said two full bathrooms plus two half baths, property has two full bathrooms only. 2). Cleaning before we arrived, especially of the floors could have been better.

Great little get-a-way!

Great property! Close to many popular outdoor attractions and perfect if you just want to stay in, relax, and spend time together with family. The place is very well stocked with all kitchen, bath, and bedding necessities. The game room is a plus for hanging out at night and the pool is just what you need to cool off during the day. It would be extra amazing if one of the rooms had a king size bed (for longer stays), but, the queen size beds are sufficient for a short stay. Howard is just a text message away if anything is needed. We will certainly go back again, if our schedules permit!

Guadalupe getaway

Howard’s place was perfect for our stay. Great location close to the lake and river access. The pool made our week and became the center of all of our activities. Howard was incredibly responsive to a small hiccup and made everything right for our vacation. We would stay again on our next visit!
