This is the second time staying in this hotel, the first trip was perfect, both times I reserved the jacuzzi rooms. The second time the stay was horrible, upon arrival walking into the room there was dead roaches throughout the room. I had the heat set at 90 and the room was cold, the carpet was filthy, around the jacuzzi the wall was missing caulk like they never finished. After a hour or so of being there i started to see roaches crawling up the wall, on the shower curtain and all around the jacuzzi. The first time staying i had a room in the 200 area, this room was in the 300 area, im not sure why there was such a difference in the rooms. My husband and I really enjoyed our first stay, after the second stay, I dont believe we will be going back.

Do not stay here! The room was horrible, staff wasn't friendly. When I asked a question she didn't want to answer she just didn't respond. I ended up not staying but was only refunded for one night.
