The staff were friendly and responsive. However, none of the soap dispensers in the female lobby washroom contained soap, there appeared to be some sort of animal fecal matter near the ice dispenser on the second floor, and the food at the restaurant was quite poor and yet very expensive.

The lobby service was super. The restaurant was very nice, quiet music in the background, very neat table setup for breakfast and dinner which shows big respect for the people, and a very good food almost like a homemade. I think that other Best Western hotels should follow them.

Nothing incredible but just a really nice place to stay that has all the amenities you would expect in a hotel. Excellent service. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area which are maintained nicely.
