Excellent property staff breakfast parking clean room so excited they had a laundry room. I caught up on my dirty clothes. Great hotel.

The bathroom had mold along the ceiling and the wall. The tub was filthy. There was drywall dust all over the entrance way. When you flipped the switch for the hall light, the tv turned off. I have stayed at this hotel on and off for about 20 years. It has always been neat, clean and very nice. This was very disappointing. The staff was still very welcoming and friendly.

When we first arrived we noticed that the mini fridge in our room was broken. We called down to the front desk and we were told someone would come up in 10-15 minutes to look at it. They didn’t arrive for 35 minutes and we received no updates as to when they would come. We ended up needing to have the whole thing replaced, as it was broken, and we were told the replacement would come up right away but again, we ended up waiting for half an hour. They didn’t set a realistic expectation of how long it would take and they didn’t update us so we could change our plans accordingly. We also found a blood stain on our bed sheets.
