Our beautiful cottage is just block and a half from 3 gorgeous private beaches and another 2 blocks to famous Ocean Park Beach, rated a Top 25 Beaches in the Country(Travel & Leisure Magazine).
Light filled open plan living room with huge picture windows and dining nook, plus two bedrooms and a study/den/3rd bedroom with pullout sofa and peekaboo view of the Sound.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full sizewasher/dryer downstairs. One full bath with tub and shower, plus an outdoor shower in a beautiful private garden with back deck and grill.

Safe neighborhood filled with beachfront mansions and cozy cottages. Your stay includes free wristband passes to 3 private gated beaches. Garage and driveway long enough for 2 cars


We are truly close to everything— restaurants, shops, beaches, lighthouses, Avery Point, stately Harkness Park, The Coast Guard Academy, Fort Trumble & more.

We are also an easy drive to Mystic —with its chocolate shop, Seaport and bookstores; the charming seaside village of Niantic, Old Saybrook for antiquing, cobblestone colonial Stonington , and the new art spots and eateries of New London.

Our one-level ranch cottage has a new AC/heat splitter which makes it comfy year round. See sunrise through the big picture windows in lr and den/br. Great for honeymooners, beach lovers, retirees, families visiting nearby relations. 1-2 small pets possible. A sweet cozy home in a perfect location.
