Customer service was great but you get what you pay for, although the rooms say no-smoking it smelled like a pack of cigs. People in other rooms were very loud, however, this is a per friendly hotel!

The room we stayed in had things falling apart. The heating unit was rusty, the toilet squealed every time you flushed. It was not well maintained.

Zero Stars

The first room was absolutely disgusting, it smelled like cigarette smoke, the front desk did immediately offer a second room however the second room was probably worse off because that one smelled like cat pee, and I had to go and clean the filter of the air-conditioning unit myself in order to get the unit to blow cold air. Also, we were greeted in the second room with a little party favor left in the toilet floating around, I’ll leave it to your imagination from there. I would give this zero stars if it was an option.

For the price that we paid per night, I wasn’t expecting much. The motel is very budget…you get what you pay for. That being said, it seemed safe. However there was a “nice lady screaming” quite frequently, though it seemed she was enjoying herself. And everywhere smelled like weed. Aside from that, it wasn’t bad. Actually my biggest issue is there is NO fridge in the room. But luckily we had a cooler.
