Awesome place. Loved it a lot especially for the price. Great breakfast but did wish there was scambled eggs. Did see other customers ask for it as well. Really love that the place is secure and getting renovated! Keep up the good work on improvement! I will be coming here every month for business

This is perhaps the worst place I have ever had to spend a night on. Here is a breakdown: Check-in process: It took more than 20 minutes. The front desk person was not patient with simple questions along the lines of "I parked the car at location X, is it okay?" Room: Booked a non-smoking room. Surprise! The room reeked of cigarette fumes. A "Rainbow Air Purifier 5200-II - Odor Eliminator" was running in the room. To make it even worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Asking for a solution did not result in a resolution, as the hotel was "fully booked". If the owner knows there is no non-smoking room available, why hide this and make a customer suffer? Anyone who is considering booking at this place, I highly recommend avoiding at all cost.

There were signs saying they were updating, but there was no working elevator, and to even get to the first floor rooms you had to climb stairs from the lobby if you couldn’t do stairs, you would have to go outside all the way around the building and in a side door.When I checked in he kept saying I needed to park around back, where it was incredibly dark. I asked about the empty ones on the side under the street lamp and he reluctantly said it was okay. The door to the room stuck and was hard to make sure it was latched. The tub was not cleaned because there was an old bar of soap on top of the shampoo dispensers. The floor had not been vacuumed because I found dried dirt clots. The mattress was not top quality . For the price I paid I would expect at least those things. I feel like the price point was more fair to be around $70 a night not over $150.

I do not recommend this hotel. We were in last room on the 2nd floor, next to the outside door. The outside door was left propped open and no security to open it.

Needs TLC

The hotel is very dated, the phone did not work, I was woken by loud banging after midnight which lasted until 3 am. The front desk was responsive but this did not feel like a safe space.
