The owners occupy the other side of this charming double and are available to help if any issues arise during your stay. Perfect for 2 couples who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Full washer/dryer are a bonus. Typical shotgun house. Neighbor dog had some barking issues but not owner’s fault. Always were able to find street parking. Mini splits in each room make it easy to keep everyone comfortable.

We loved Ainsley's Daffodil & Teal Shotgun! It was a great homebase while we explored New Orleans! The house had everything we needed, lots of information about places to go, and was clean. Space was clean and comfortable, and the climate control in each room was a bonus in a hot and muggy place like New Orleans. The beds were super comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. The host was easy to communicate with and very flexible and responsive.

Cute little house that met all our needs. We were in town for a wedding and there were plenty of mirrors to get ready, a washer dryer if you need, and a mega robust recommendation guide — super helpful. Property manager is quick to respond and very helpful to any of our needs. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Incredibly responsive host. Property was clean and exactly like the photos. Perfect for hanging out and especially if cooking instead of eating out. A bit off the beaten path (everything in NOLA is spread out) so quiet. Two cemeteries in easy walking distance.

Great rental!

This property was great. My friend and I were in town for a large event and this place had everything we needed. The standout were the mattresses. They were very comfortable! The neighborhood was safe and the location was easy to get uber/lyft pickups.
