The tv didn't work, the safe was broken, the key cards didn't work. No hot water after 11pm and when you requested your room cleaned it never got cleaned. Most of the rooms don't have a window so they are very dark. My family member who was in a different room had to have their safe fixed and get new card keys three separate times.

I am from NOLA and when I get a chance I come stay since moving out of state. This is the first time I have stayed at the Bienville House and this will be my home base from now on. Staff have been great, parking on site and the room met all expectations. The sundeck was an upgrade offered to me and glad I chose it. House of Blues is just across the street along with Kerry’s Irish Pub along with a cigar shop in the next block.

Balcony odd room is delightful. Room is nicely appointed and very clean. Parking on property a little high but worth it with the convenience. Location is great. Totally recommend.

Architecturally the hotel was absolutely beautiful. However, it took 20 minutes for the shower in our room to reach an acceptable showering temperature. Our room smelled musty. And the front desk clerk was not outright rude, however, was not helpful at all. When asked for suggestions on places to eat in the area, her response was “we don’t eat around here”.

The room didn't quite look like the picture on the website but it was pleasant, clean, and had it's own private courtyard seating area. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the tiki bar downstairs was great! We will definitely enjoy staying there again. The parking on the premises was steep but parking on the street is always an option.

The room was quite charming and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had French Quarter vibes that meets modern luxury. Nice, bright bathroom. Depending on how busy the nightlife is outside, you could have some very VERY slight noise disturbance but nothing too crazy.
