Opened the door to our room to see a filthy toilet. Tried to flush the toilet but no water. Called Reception and they sent a plumber after 15 minutes to fix the water issue. I took off my shoes and realised the carpet in the bedroom was soaking wet. We asked for a new room and they offered us the one next door..Cleaner but no towels and when we tried to call Reception, realised the telephone didnt work so had to walk to Reception. Dreadful seevice.

Nice room. Dint get my welcome bag and was told there were waters in the room but there werent. The front desk lady also gave me bad info ab parkin. Good stay overall.
